Call forwarding

Call forwarding

If the announcement cannot be heard by external callers despite successful activation,
this is because the calls are not forwarded to your mobile box. The call forwarding to the mobile box
is not set up correctly. Please set the call forwarding to your mobile box according to your wishes.

You will find information on the procedure for call forwarding in the attached links.
Please make sure you have the correct mobile phone provider.

As a rule, it makes sense to activate call forwarding for these cases:
- when the line is busy
- you cannot answer the call
- when the telephone is switched off

Please carry out the above steps even if you have already set call forwarding, as your provider can also
delete a set call diversion.

For further information on the subject of call forwarding, please contact your mobile phone provider.
