Why is the recording not successful? / My announcement is not audible on the mailbox for external callers.

If the announcement cannot be heard by external callers despite successful activation, this is because the calls are not forwarded to your mobile box.
The call forwarding to the mobile box is not set up correctly.

Please set the call forwarding to your mobile box according to your wishes. For information on how to proceed with call forwarding can be found
in the attached links. Please make sure you have the correct mobile phone provider.

As a rule, it makes sense to activate call forwarding for these cases:

- if the line is busy
- you cannot answer the call
- when the phone is switched off


For further information on call forwarding, please contact your mobile phone provider.

Please carry out the above steps even if you have already set call forwarding, as even set call forwarding can be deleted by your provider.
